The user interface of the CRM System ist fully implemented into the Kia Media Center and allows the Kia trading partner the processing of their testrun- and interest requests, organisation of follow-ups, controlling of customer

contact programs, access to billing data up to the point of brochure
booking. 

In addition the Kia dealer have access to the customer contact program and the contactprogramm for interested parties.
